Our Paniolo 210A condo is located on the top floor (2nd), end corner unit, totally gutted and remodeled, prime location with great mountain views and backs up to Prince Golf course, so very private with no one looking into you or looking into other unit’s lanai.

Condo is very spacious, with full size kitchen, washer and dryer, living, dining, lanai, and sleeping area with King size bed. Beautifully furnished with teak and bamboo furniture, open floor plan, high vaulted ceilings, tiled living area, remote control lighted ceiling fan, windows on three sides, great trade winds, and decorated with Hawaiiana flair. Sleeping area is by the Lanai side, so awaken to birds singing, breezy, and even hear the distant ocean surf, especially in the evenings. A romantic and private hideaway in Princeville with Hawaiian plantation charm…makes you feel “you are in Hawaii.”

Condo is especially catered to couples celebrating Anniversaries, Honeymooners, or couples wanting a romantic getaway. (we only accept maximum of 2 guests).

Located close to the Princeville Shopping Center (10 minutes walk through Queens Carriage Path Tree Tunnel) and or walk within 10 minutes to the newly opened The Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas for meals or cocktails, and stroll back, or for the more adventurous, walk down the trail to Anini Beach for swimming and snorkeling. A mile away are 2 other Five star resorts, numerous restaurants, and other great beaches
